Mes diaporamas de 2003 à 2009 - dates mélangées, techniques et qualités également (ils datent pour beaucoup de l'époque où j'étais en connexion 28K, j'allégeais un maximum les images !), la raison en est simple, je viens de les placer groupés sur www.4shared.com et de ce fait, il ne sont plus triés par année de création comme auparavant.

 (Pour les télécharger : clic à droite sur le nom, et "enregistrer la cible sous" ; ne pas ouvrir le fichier directement sinon la musique du site se superposera à la musique du diaporama) 

Mes diaporamas ont été plagiés un nombre très important de fois... je dirais qu'il ne se passe pas un mois sans qu'un correspondant, connu ou parfois inconnu, m'adresse un diaporama qu'il a reçu et qu'il reconnait comme étant un de mes anciens diaporamas. Depuis 2 ans environ, j'ai adopté le principe de "verrouillage contre toute modification" sur mes nouvelles productions... mais le plagiat des anciennes continue. Dans beaucoup de cas, les plagieurs se contentent de changer au moins un détail comme la couleur des textes, mais certains ne changent rien en dehors simplement de retirer mes coordonnées et de mettre les leur à la place ! où il y a de la gêne il n'y a pas de plaisir, dit-ton ! Les abonnés de ma liste doivent se souvenir de certaines recherches que je leur ai fait lancer pour trouver qui était "xxx" qui avait plagié un de mes diapos... maintenant je ne le fais plus, trop écoeurée... je me contente de protéger les nouvelles productions, et c'est tout.

Vous voulez voir le dernier exemple en date ? ici, le diapo plagié 2009 "La terre vous parle-t-elle ?", et ici mon original 2003 du même nom.... c'est une pratique totalement interdit par la loi des copyrights, mais apparemment cela ne gêne pas certaines personnes que de s'approprier sans vergogne le fruit du travail des autres.. sur ce diapo, j'ai moi-même fait la bande son à partir du disque de bande originale du film "Sister Act", extrait avec CDex, puis compressé avec GoldWave, et surtout j'ai seule été autorisée par l'auteur à utiliser son texte pour un diaporama. Vous noterez que l'auteur du plagiat n'a pas été assez futé pour retirer mon nom d'auteur dans les propriétés du cache par contre ! une fois téléchargé, passez sur l'icone du diaporama plagié, et vous verrez mon nom apparaitre !

Pourquoi ces gens ne font-ils pas eux même un diaporama, car, puisqu'ils savent le modifier, c'est qu'ils savent le créer...  manque d'imagination peut-être ?!!!
